StormProxies Software hereby reminds users to read the terms of this Agreement carefully (minors should review it in the company of their guardians). You have the right to accept or not accept these terms. Unless you accept these terms, you have no right to download, install or use this software and its related services. This clause describes the rights and obligations between StormProxies Software and you regarding the licensed use of StormProxies Software and related aspects. Users agree that the validity of this clause is the same as the written clause signed and stamped by the user, and is legally binding on the user. This clause shall have legal effect between the user and StormProxies Software from the date of successful registration.
I. Intellectual Property Statement
This software is developed by StormProxies. All intellectual property rights such as trademarks and copyrights of the software, as well as all information content related to the software, including but not limited to: textual expressions and their combinations, icons, decorations, charts, colors, interface designs, layout frameworks, relevant data, printed materials, or electronic documents, etc. are protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and regulations.
II. Software Authorization Scope
1. Users can install, use, display and run (for the same account, not supporting simultaneous online use and running between multiple computers) this software on a computer (hereinafter referred to as computer).
2. Reservation of Rights: All other rights not expressly authorized still belong to StormProxies Software. When users use other rights, they must obtain the written consent of StormProxies Software.
3. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, this Agreement does not stipulate relevant service terms for StormProxies Software or other services of cooperative units accessed by using this software. There may be separate service terms to regulate these services. Please understand and confirm them separately when using the relevant services. If users use the service, it is deemed to have accepted the relevant service terms.
III. About User Information
1. Users should register true, complete and accurate personal information. The true and complete user information will serve as the basis for StormProxies software to provide after-sales service and the premise for users to obtain legal protection.
2. If the user fails to fill in true, complete and accurate personal information, the user shall bear all losses and responsibilities caused by it, including but not limited to: loss of account password, account disputes with others, etc.
IV. User Instructions
1. Users should ensure that the information provided when registering StormProxies software or using the services provided by the cooperative unit is true, complete and accurate.
2. StormProxies software account:
(1) The ownership of StormProxies software account belongs to StormProxies software. After successful registration, the user will get a user name and password. The user can enjoy the services provided by StormProxies software to its members with the user name and password.
(2) The right to use the StormProxies software account belongs only to the initial applicant. To protect user information and account security, users are prohibited from transferring, inheriting or renting accounts. If StormProxies software finds that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, StormProxies software has the right to recover the account without assuming legal responsibility to the account user. All disputes and losses caused by users privately renting or selling (paid or unpaid) accounts shall be borne by the user. At the same time, StormProxies software reserves the right to pursue legal liability against users who violate this agreement.
(3) If there is a dispute between users regarding the ownership of the account usage rights, StormProxies software will make an independent judgment based on the initial personal registration information. If the true owner cannot be determined due to personal information defects (untrue, incomplete, etc.), StormProxies software has the right to recover the disputed account, and the relevant losses and responsibilities shall be borne by the user.
(4) The user shall be responsible for the safekeeping of the StormProxies software account and password, and shall be fully responsible for all activities under the account and password.
(5) If the user registers a StormProxies software account and does not use it for a long time, StormProxies Software Company has the right to reclaim the account to avoid waste of resources.
3. Users shall not directly or indirectly rent or sell (paid/free) StormProxies software services (including free trial services). All disputes and losses arising from the private transfer of users shall be borne by the users themselves. At the same time, StormProxies Software reserves the right to pursue legal liability for users who violate this agreement.
4. Normal use of the game acceleration service provided by StormProxies Software will not lead to game account suspension. StormProxies Software is not responsible for game account suspension and losses caused by users' own violations of the game service guidelines (including but not limited to the use of third-party software, plug-ins, scripts, auxiliary software, etc. in the game) and the use of other software that causes frequent changes in IP.
V. Prohibited User Behaviors and Liabilities
1. Users shall use this software in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in compliance with the law. Users shall not carry out the following acts, including but not limited to:
(1) Delete all copyright information and content on this software and other copies without authorization;
(2) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, etc. of this software without authorization;
(3) Use, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, establish mirror sites, or develop derivative products, works, services, etc. related to this software without authorization.
(4) Use this software to publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates national laws, endangers national security, national unity, and social stability, or any inappropriate, insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent, or any content that violates national laws, regulations, and policies.
(5) Use this software to publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other legal rights of others.
(6) Use any data or information containing images or photos obtained through the use of this software in a manner that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any party.
(7) Use this software to conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public computer networks or other computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information; attempting to detect, scan, or test the weaknesses of this software system or network without permission, or other acts that undermine network security; attempting to interfere with or undermine the normal operation of this software system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other acts that undermine and interfere with normal network information services; forging TCP/IP data packet names or parts of names.
2. The use of this software must comply with relevant national laws and policies, safeguard national interests, protect national security, and comply with this agreement. The user shall bear all responsibilities for all responsibilities caused by the user's illegal use or violation of this agreement, and StormProxies software and its partners have nothing to do with it. If StormProxies software and its partners suffer losses, StormProxies software and its partners have the right to demand compensation from the user, and have the right to immediately stop providing services to it, keep relevant records, and reserve the right to cooperate with judicial organs to pursue legal liability.
VI. Risk Warning
1. This software, like most Internet software, may be invaded by various security issues, such as others using user information to cause harassment in real life; other software downloaded and installed contains viruses such as Trojan horses, which threaten the security of the user's computer information and data, such as: online games cannot be carried out normally, game accounts are stolen or lost, etc., which in turn affects the normal use of this software, etc. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
2. Any other software derived from this software that is not authorized by StormProxies Software or StormProxies Software and officially released is illegal. Downloading, installing, and using such software may lead to unpredictable risks. All legal liabilities and disputes arising therefrom have nothing to do with StormProxies Software. Users should not download, install, or use such software easily, otherwise, StormProxies Software has the right to terminate the user's account eligibility. Users can only log in and use StormProxies Software through the software provided by StormProxies Software and other legal channels. Users are not allowed to log in and use through other software that is not authorized by StormProxies Software, including but not limited to illegal compatible software, programs, or other methods that are not explicitly permitted by StormProxies Software, otherwise, StormProxies Software has the right to terminate the user's account eligibility.
VII. Privacy Protection and Disclosure
1. The ways in which users agree include:
(1) accepting this Agreement and the terms of service published by StormProxies Software;
(2) oral or written expressions made by users through e-mail, telephone, fax, instant messaging, etc.
(3) there are tacit consent terms in the agreement or service statement, and the user has no objection to this.
(4) other methods recognized by StormProxies Software and users.
2. StormProxies Software reserves the right to disclose any information at any time in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures or government requirements, or to edit, refuse to post or delete any information or materials in whole or in part at StormProxies Software's own discretion.
VIII. Replacement, modification and upgrade of software
StormProxies Software reserves the right to provide you with replacement, modification and upgrade versions of the software at any time and the right to charge fees for replacement, modification or upgrade.
IX. About value-added services
StormProxies Software and/or its partners will provide users with various Internet value-added services related to this software, including free and paid value-added services, based on the development of the market and technology. StormProxies Software and/or its partners reserve the right to charge fees for relevant value-added services and change the charging standards and methods; if the relevant services are changed from free to paid services, StormProxies Software and/or its partners will notify in an appropriate form, and users can choose to accept or refuse paid services, and guarantee that when using paid services, they will pay fees in accordance with the relevant charging regulations of StormProxies Software and/or its partners. If you refuse to pay or default on fees, StormProxies Software and/or its partners have the right to stop the service and recover losses and compensation according to law.
X. Legal Liability and Disclaimer
1. The use of this software involves Internet services, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links. There is a risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other network, technology, communication lines, etc. Users must understand and bear the above risks on their own. StormProxies Software and its partners do not assume any responsibility.
2. StormProxies Software and its partners do not assume any responsibility for economic losses suffered by users due to communication line failures, technical problems, network, computer failures, system instability, and other various force majeure reasons of third parties such as telecommunications departments.
3. The third-party software or technology that may be used in this software is legally authorized. Any disputes caused by third-party software or technology shall be resolved by the third party, and StormProxies Software does not assume any responsibility. StormProxies Software does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the software or technology provider.
XI. Supplementary Provisions
1. If any clause of this Agreement is partially or completely invalid, it will not affect the validity of other clauses.
2. The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy arises between the user and StormProxies Software, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user hereby fully agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the court where StormProxies Software is located.
3. Once this product is sold, no refund will be made.
4. StormProxies Software reserves all rights to interpret this Agreement.
The user hereby reiterates that he has fully read and understood the above-mentioned terms of the Member Registration Agreement, and voluntarily and formally entered the StormProxies Software Member Registration Procedure and accepted the constraints of all the above-mentioned terms of the agreement.
